Following a sold out weekend of Big Sur shows with Grateful Shred in February 2020 (just before the world stopped to “Melt with You”), Dan Horne has returned with his newly formed Dan Horne Band. DHB features fellow Shred members Sam, Clay & Richard.
New original songs, some delightful jams plus a few fun covers make this redwood grove set one for the ages. After a decade plus of musical teamwork (Circles Around The Sun, The Skiffle Players, Jonathan Wilson, Grateful Shred & more), The Dan Horne Band is finally here sounding warmly familiar yet strikingly & pleasantly fresh. Sam & Clay also perform a beautiful Mapache set in the canyon with just two voices, two guitars and ancient towering trees for natural reverb.
